After the recent update to the version 1.1.3, the camera goes into the offline mode automatically. I have to plug in and out the power supply to bring the camera back online. I tried to reset the camera to see if the issue would resolve but it didn't have any effect.
The camera is located outside and the night temperature dips to -6C sometimes but the issue only happened after the update.

Hi, I'm facing the exact issue. May I know if support revert the version will it solved the issue? I even bought new tplink x20 because I thought it's the connection issue. But other devices such as phone never disconnected from the network.

Hi,
We don't have the instructions to downgrade the firmware. Currently, a new firmware(1.1.4 Build 240506 Rel.39487n) for the Tapo C500 V1 is rolling out, which improves the connection stability, please be patient and update the new firmware for a try if your camera detects new firmware on the Tapo app.
