Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.3

When used with APP, it works great.
I would like to download RTSP video stream to send to home automation system, I'm trying
with vlc inserting "rtsp://192.168.10.27/stream1" into the network stream, it asks me to insert
user and password but entering the same ones I use in the app tells me that they are incorrect
I don't know any other credentials, what am I doing wrong?

Please refer to the link below to check if your configuration on the camera and the steps to set up the RTSP stream are correct or not.
How can I view my Tapo camera on PC/NAS/NVR through RTSP/ONVIF Protocol?
 

If the problem remains, please check if the camera account includes special characters, such as %, &, *, etc.

I missed the step of creating an account within the camera, I did it and now it works perfectly.
