  @SLiew

Hi,
From the LED status, the Tapo C202 is connected to the Wi-Fi network but fails to connect to the TP-Link cloud server, and it may be the camera has no internet connection.
1. You can disable the mobile data on your phone, and connect your phone to the router's Wi-Fi, then check if you can find the Tapo C202 on your Tapo app.

2. Please check if your router has configured special settings, such as MAC Filtering, access control, firewall rules, etc., that block the camera from connecting to the internet. If so, remove the settings/rules for a try.

3. You can also try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, reset a Tapo C202, reconfigure it on a different phone, and connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, then check if you can set it up successfully.

Best Regards

Hi,
The problem may be that you have not configured the Tapo C202 successfully, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting to its Wi-Fi? Is the Tapo C202 connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly?

2. What's the LED status on the Tapo C202 when it disappears from the Tapo app?

3. Please send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the Tapo C202 via a private message.

Best Regards

  @Solla-topee

1. Router: Nokia wifi beacon 1, model HA-020W-B

Main port: Huawei EchoLife HG8240H

Yes the wifi is connected to Internet and yes tapo cam c202 connected to WiFi directly

2. It became orange LED status when it disappears from the tapo app

Thanks
