Please hep me on this case
I recently bought TAPO C210 and set-up. I successfully set-up and connect to WIFI, but it says
"THIS SMART DEVICE CAN ONLY BE CONTROLLED LOCALLY".
I tried to go outisde of the house and view the cam but it says it is offline.
How do i view the cam if i am outside or out of town.
Appreciate your assistance on this.
@Solla-topee I think I figured it out and resolved it. Base on the thread I read. I tried to create another account TP-LINK ID and re set-up the TAPO C210 and now able to view even I'm outside the network

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you can't control the camera remotely.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
If the problem remains, please confirm:
1. The troubleshooting you have tried and the results.
2. The LED status on the camera.
3. Send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the camera via a private message.
You can try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on a phone, factory reset the camera, reconfigure it with another phone to connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and check if you can control it locally and remotely.
