Tapo C210 not received the 1.4.2 firmware update yet
Hi,
I have a couple of Tapo C210 (Hardware version 2.0) cloud cameras. One of the cameras has not received the v1.4.2 firmware update while the others have.
This camera is still on firmware version 1.3.11.
How can I can get the latest firmware for the camera?

Hi,
Firmware v1.4.2 has not yet been fully released to all Tapo C210, so it is normal to see some of your Tapo C210 have v1.3.11. It is recommended to wait patiently for the new firmware to be available for your camera.
