I didn't find this referenced in a previous thread - but may have missed. Apologies if this has been asked and answered before.

 

The other day my ISP was doing maintenance and I had cause to need to check a setting in the app. Of course internet was out at the time. The app asked me to log in which it could not do - then just looped like that.

 

What options exisst to be able to directly manage the M9 units in the event of internet being offline.

What will happen is you will still get access to the Deco app, but there will be a exlamation mark, if you tap on the globe it will show there is no internet. The other two Deco units were not powered on which is why they who a different message, only the main Deco was plugged in.
