Deco M9 Plus wired connection does not work with desktop PC
When connecting to my desktop PC with an ethernet cable directly from the Deco, my pc does not establish an internet connection.
However, if I connect the same cable to a USB-C hub with an ethernet slot to my computer, it connects no problem.
I have not found a solution to this anywhere. Is there any?
My motherboard, which I am connecting to, is a ASUS ROG Strix B450-F Gaming.
The network adapter is listed as:
Intel® I211-AT, 1 x Gigabit LAN Controller(s)
Anti-surge LANGuard
ROG GameFirst Technology
- I have tried to update the bios.
- Connecting to a switch did not work (an old Cisco switch).
- I have turned everything off and on again.
- I know that the ethernet contact on the motherboard works.
Is this a know issue, and is there a solution?
