During the installation process it fails when trying to connect to the internet.  This is reasonable as it is being installed behind a firewall/router and uese non-routable addresses (192.168.0.x).

 

Can this  Wi-Fi be configured to work in this configuration?

The firewall is set to allow all outside connections initiated inside the firewall.

You can, but without initial access, the Deco has no way to start the configuration process. Once the Deco is configured you can modify the WAN and LAN IP. At least for the initial configuration, I would remove any restrictions on the IP it receives from the router, then put in place any security once you have full access to the system.
