System up and running great after purchase and install. That said my printers will not work as they are not online. Repeated attempts with new network password have not solved the issue. Reinstalled printers software still no connection. Printers recognize new SSID but do not connect. Suggestions?
Hi, please check and update the router firmware to the latest version first, and ensure the other devices in the network can connect to the wireless fine, then try to connect the printer to the network again with the correct wireless password.
You can also try to modify the wireless settings on the router, such as wireless security, choose WPA2-PSK, AES, then reboot both the router and printer to check again.
