Deco M5 Connection issues after updating to 1.6x

I have a 3 pack Deco M5 system. Having issues after the latest software update (1.6).The issues started only after updating to the latest software. Some of the devices are getting constantly disconnected. Also, the devices are not switching and connecting to the nearest routers. This seems to fix iteself if I reboot all the 3 routers. Anyone else having this issue? Does the TP link aware of this?
