Model: Deco X20
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.0.6 Build 20220909 Rel. 59388

When I visit the web page for the Deco, it shows all the transmitters but under "Clients" it only shows the wireless clients. There's only 2 ethernet ports, so I am using an ethernet router to give me more ports. I have a printer, desktop computer and a network drive connected: they all work, so that's fine, but I don't see them in the web interface or in the mobile app.

Is there any way to make these wired clients visible in the management interface?

Hi, welcome to the community.

Is the Ethernet router connected to Deco X20? Did it also work like a router?

If it is a router, the printer, desktop computer, and driver might get IP from the router directly.  They are no longer DHCP clients of Deco.

best regards.

@David-TP thanks, I hadn't thought of that...but since I can't see any of the wired devices, I don't know the IP of the ethernet switch ( I mistakenly called it a router) to see if it has some kind of interface of its own. I kindof doubt it, though, it's really only giving me more ethernet ports.
