XE75 PRO clients are constantly cycling online and offline...PLEASE HELP

Model: Deco XE75 Pro
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.2 Build 20221020 Rel.40492

I have recently invested in the Deco ecosystem (The XE75 PRO), and I am currently experiencing some sort of App glitch. Problem...when I log into the Deco Phone App(android) and view clients the online clients are randomly and constantly going from online to offline back to online status(repeatedly all day). This also makes the client unusable from the App. Also the clients seems to still be connected to the Deco mesh system, just showing offline status. IF anyone could help thanks in advance.

@Dellki Hi, welcome to the community.

I see you have submitted the APP log already and the case has been forwarded to the senior engineers.

Please check the email for further suggestions.

 Best regards.

Having the same issue with my X55, it started immediately after updating the firmware last week. I could accept clients showing as offline but now my system is noticeably slower since the update. Tried changing some of the new settings but noting's helped. Submitted a ticket to TP-link but didn't get anywhere so I'm curious to see if respond further/resolve.

@Dellki Hi, I seem to be having the same problem - did you get a response?  I've had a ticket open since July 8th and haven't made any headway.
