Hello

Last night (10/3/23) I updated firmare on my A20. Wired interent is working fine, 2.4 is gone and when shows up speed is way under 1mb/s so nothing connects to it, 5gz works with half of the speed but range is abot 10 feet, after that connection is droped. Smart connect is off.

Please help, thank you

Are you using Smart Connect or do you have the bands configured separately?  Have you tried to disable the wireless band and turn it back on?  Have you tried to reset the router?  Can you let us know what hardware version you have and what the firmware build number is?

  @Carl

All above was done, firmware is posted in description

Multiple hard resets done, 2.4 and 5 have diferent names- smart connect is off (also toggled between(. Played with all possible options available. Firmware bricked my unit tp link refuses to do anything about it since unit is over 2 years old - purchased May 2021

I don't know of any company willing to replace a product that is out of warranty, even if the customer asserts a firmware update is the cause of the failure.  There are simply too many variables that are outside of the control of the company to affirm the firmware was the cause.  It could be that as simple as a bad load and needs to be re-install.   Have you tried to re-install the firmware or downgrade to the previous version and see if that resolves the concern?
