I seem to be having the same issue as listed in this thread: https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/160665

Could you assist on the step by step process on how to Turn off the Mac Filter on the Archer C7 Router and what is the downside to turning this off ? Will this cause a secuirty issue for me ?

The OP in the thread you posted uses Archer C7 v2 which has wireless MAC filtering feature implemented.

Here's how to disable this feature.That't in case of HW versions 1,2 & 3.

If you have Archer C7 v4 then you don't have this feature implemented.

Here''s a post that explains how to mitigate virtual MAC address Parental Control issue for devices connected to RE450.

If you have an Access Control configured on your Archer C7 this could also could cause an issue for devices connected to RE450.
