Deco XE75 Pro / Parental controls prompting for subscription I already have

I have subscribed to HomeShield Pro for over a year. I have also used Parental Controls during this subscription.
About a month or so ago Parental Controls started saying I need to subscribe to HomeShield Pro even though I already am. I click the subscription and verify the network but it still keeps prompting me to add the subscription. I have looked elsewhere on this forum to find a solution and have been unsuccessful. It is in Wi-Fi router mode, not access point.
I have logged out and logged back into the app. I have power cycled all of the nodes. Still not working. Any ideas?

- A screenshot of the HomeShield subscription page, such as:
- A pop up message prompting for subscription again.
- The Deco APP system log-How to submit Deco APP log
