Model: TL-SG108
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I have (2) TP-Link switches in a flat network: A TL-SG108E and a TL-SG1016DE.  When I run the Easy Smart Configuration Utility (v1.3.19.0) on my Windows 11 laptop, it cannot discover my two switches, however when I run it on a Windows 10 VM (both on the same network), it finds both switches.  I have disabled the Windows firewall on the laptop and re-run the discovery, but it still doesn't work.  It's be nice to get it working on my laptop.  I think it used to work in the past.  Any ideas how to resolve this issue?  Thanks.

Update: I fixed it.  Updating the installed version (installing over the top of the previous version) did not work.  I had to uninstall the updated version, reboot twice, and then reinstall v1.3.19.0 and now it's working.
