Model: Deco BE85
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20241023 Rel. 34667

Hi all,

I have updated my BE85 to the latest firmware (1.1.1 build 20241023). I also chose wireless network mode as optimal performace. However, when i click on my mesh node, it showed it connected by ethernet, 5GHz and 6GHz. I would like to know how i can also connected to the 2.4GHz?

And i also i am wondering, if there are any way i can hidden my IoT network?

Thanks a lot for helping

yes i know. but apparently, once the ethernet cable is connected, 2.5Ghz will disconnect.. Thanks to the support, they found the way to connect, all 2.4, 5 and 6Ghz, also with ethernet. I will have to go 2.4Ghz band, and change from auto to any other frequency, then it will work.

@Elevenchicken The Deco will automatically decide the media it is using for the backhaul, you cannot control that.
