Parental Control Profile cuts off Internet on included devices
When I add a profile in parental controls for my 11 y/o and put in a bedtime schedule, all internet is blocked on the included devices even though it's not during the restricted time. When I delete the profile completely, internet works correctly. I have tried rebooting the system and devices and updating firmware. What am I doing wrong?

First please access the Deco web UI by entering "tplinkdeco.net" in your browser. Navigate to Advanced > System > System Log, select "ALL" in the log type, and save the file to your local computer. Then follow the steps below making sure to attach the logs to the email.
I recommend sending an email to forumsupport.usa@tp-link.com with the following information:
Subject: [Forum Escalation][ID 851036] Parental Control Profile cuts off Internet on included devices
Forum Nickname: [User Provided]

Model&Version: [User Provided]

I notice that my DECO system shows the time currently as 1:04AM instead of PM as it should be. Could that be the root of the problem?

Sorry for the late reply. it won't hurt to adjust the time to see if it clears up your issue. If nothing changes then please open up the ticket using the directions above

Same problem, it seems that parental control doesn't erase old rules. The profiles for my children were deleted and created again, but the time restrictions continue to be applied.
