Recently I noticed when I tried to go to the parental controls tab in the Deco app, I would get a message saying the feature wouldn't work anymore until I upgraded to the latest firmware.  I updated the X60s to firmware 1.6.1 Build 20250901, which is the latest on tp-link's site for the X60, hardware version v1.

Now in the app, I get a new Parental Controls UI, which asks me to create a profile.  In the At Home tab, I tap Create a Profile, enter a name and age, on the next page I select some devices, and then tap Done, then Confirm. I then get a message saying

"Couldn't create profile. Please try again." 

I've tried restarting the app, and rebooting the Deco routers, and tried selecting different devices, but always get the same error message when trying to create a profile.  Everything else is working normally.  I just can't use parental controls.

My network has 3 X60 routers, and one X55.  One of the X60s is the master.   Next to the serial number on the bottom of the X60s it says US/1.6, which I assume means they're hardware version v1.

Has anyone run into this, and found a solution?
