Model: Archer BE550
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.5 Build 20251028 rel.38584

Today I was connected to the MLO WiFi network and all of a sudden all of the WiFi signals disappeared.  Tried rebooting but none of the WiFi networks would show up. I had to do a factory reset and completely set up the router again.  What is going on?

Hello @Richard3234 ,

Welcome to our community.

Do you mean if you enable the MLO network, all wireless networks will disappear, right? And you need to disable the MLO network to restore the wireless connection?

Has this unexpected behavior existed since you started using the router?

Please confirm that the MLO network name is different from the main network.

We recommend sending an email to forumsupport.usa@tp-link.com  with the following information:

@Joseph-TP   Yes, all of my networks have different names including the MLO network.

No, what I mean is that all networks suddenly went down at once.  I had been using the MLO network at the time.  None of the networks were broadcasting after that,  Rebooting didn't bring them back.  I had to set up the router all over again.  The issue around the MLO network as the cause of this sudden WiFi radio crash comes from other users identifying the problem in prior versions and builds last year here the forum.  I thought it was important to make you aware that the issue persists into my version 2 and Build 1.2.5 hoping a firmware fix could be prompted.  I'm rather in a quandry now, this router is just a month old, as to whether to return it now or not. I'll email the support team as you suggest.

Thanks for your reply and suggestion, Richard
