I have been issued two IP by Cox and want to perform port warding to servers in my home network , how can this be done

Do you mean that you have two internet plans?

As far as I know, the Archer BE6500 does not currently support the Multi-WAN Backup feature.

But if you want to set up port forwarding, you can refer to Port forwarding: how to set up virtual server on TP-Link wireless router?
