To better help you, can you share a bit more info about your network setup and what you are having trouble with?

For example:

1. Are you trying to install or set up a Wi-Fi Range Extender to extend the network of your Archer AX11000? If so, what is the model of your Range Extender?

2. You mentioned a Gateway―is this your ISP modem + router combination Wi-Fi gateway? If so, what is its model number? You can usually find this on the device label.

3. Which setup method(s) did you attempt when trying to install the extender? WPS, Web GUI, Tether App?
