Wi-Fi network and router configuration webpage inaccessible when there is no Internet connection.
I have my Deco X68 set up in router mode and normally everything is working just fine. However, I have noticed that whenever I lose my Internet connection (fiber through ONT), I cannot access any devices on the Wi-Fi network or the router management page from my wired devices. All of my wired devices continue to be able to communicate with each other without Internet connection, with the exception of pulling up the router management page. I am attempting to access the router management page and Wi-Fi connected devices by IP, but they just timeout.
Do I have something misconfigured or is there a way to enable Wi-Fi connectivity in the absence of an Internet connection? I have searched on this community and the Internet but I'm not finding any information about this.

Hi,
Usually, if the wired and wireless devices can't communicate, please check whether the Device Isolation option is enabled in the Deco app for both devices, and whether the wireless device is connected to the guest network rather than the main one.
If the same phenomenon persists when the internet connection is down, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. Is the wired device connected to the satellite Deco? What's the IP address on it? How to find the IP address on your devices
2. Please ensure the wireless device is connected to the Deco's main network, and check if it has an IP address.
3. Test if you can ping the wired device's IP address successfully from the wireless device or vice versa: How to use the Ping command

I'm not sure where to find the device isolation option, but I have not set this on any devices as far as I know.
1. All wired devices are connected to the main unit and appear to have no issues communicating with each other.
2. I do not have a guest network (I disabled it), so all wireless devices are connected to the main network.
3. All wireless devices are headless, so I cannot check their IP addresses, but some of them have reserved addresses and they do not respond to connection attempts until the Internet connection is restored.

This Knowledge Base article goes over Device Isolation. You can use this to see if the option is on or off.
