I am loosing internet coonection every 5 to 10 minutes or so. Modem seems to work fine.

Deco system is up to date. 

 

Can someone help to troubleshoot or fix this?

Hi, 
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the main Deco is unstable.
Fix unstable connection when connected to the Deco network
 

Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
  1. When the main Deco has a red light, please disconnect the main Deco from the modem and connect a PC to the modem via the same Ethernet cable. Do you have an internet connection on your PC?
  2. You can try to change the main Deco and check if it helps: How to Change the Main Deco Unit
