Usually, if you don't configure the Deco, it broadcasts a default SSID "Deco_XXXX". If your Deco BE23 has a flashing blue light, it means the Deco is ready to set up. You can refer to the instructions below to configure it. Then the Deco will broadcast the Wi-Fi name you configured.

If you have internet access when connecting to the Deco network but can't see the "More" tab in the Deco app, please make sure your Deco app is up to date, then send us a picture of what you see in the Deco app.
