  @Joseph-TP 

1. Direct connected to isp modem works

2. VPN on works, vpn off no-go

3. Changing from nextdns, to google and cloudflare, no change

4. Parental control/homeshield was never set up

5. Not sure where that is, on this router interface, but yes seems like that could be a cause.

It was DNS. I forgot DNS-Over-HTTPS was configured. Stripping that out fixed.
