Operation mode: wifi router.

 

 

Hi. I need help. When I try to update or download app from playstore. It dont download. Its show pending and something it stuck on 58% or 48%. After some time give error couldnt update. I try changing DNS, resetting, nothing working. When I try mobile internet or xfinity wireless modem its start download from playstore. But deco be63 not downloading. The issue start to happen week ago. Plz help thank you.

I don't think this has anything to do with the Deco Router?

 

I assume by you have an Android Phone and that is what the problem d/l is on?

 

You've said " When I try mobile internet or xfinity wireless modem its start download from playstore." and "But deco be63 not downloading" but I assume is doesn't complete the D/L in all ways you tried?

 

There is also a specific APP forum here that is better suited to the Deco APP, https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/2420?keyword=deco%20app%20on%20android but there is also an OLD subject on this (https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/169488?moduleId=2420) but it has to do with a Chromebook browser.

 

Now it is possiible that I read all this wrong, it may not be that you can't get the Deco App down as you also said this, "But deco be63 not downloading "? Could you mean you can't d/l the lastest F/W version or the Beta listed here?

  @IrvSp when i say BE 63 not downloading i mean. Its not downloading from play store only. I upload picture too. its also with youtube too. When i try to play any youtube video its buffer for 30 sec and than play and some time it dont even play stuck on buffering screen. Playstore when I try to download any app or game. Its stuck on random % some time 40% some time 90%. I use chrome browser its working fine. I did speed test. I have 2gb internet. Speed is fine. I have deco app its working too. Just playstore not downloading any apps and game when i connected with deco be63. And some time youtube dont play videos. I have 4 android device. 1 apple . All same issue. I have deco BE63. V1. It dont have new beta firmware for deco be63 Lastest is 1.1.1 firmware  which I already upgraded it last year. I try all solution dns change factory reset. My main xfinity modem i factory reset. Nothing seem to fix the issue. The issue start to happen week ago. My deco app is updated to lastest version.

 

Sorry for long reply. Any information ask me. Thank you for helping me.

Well, the BE63 Firmware out now is newer than the  1.1.1 firmware you have now. See https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/856102?moduleId=2424 for d/l instructions however, that is not for V1.0 h/w, so you might need to contact Support via email and ask if there is a newer V1.0 f/w?

Your Deco BE63 V1.6 is currently running the latest firmware.

 

For the reported phenomenon, please check if the following steps help.
  1. You can try enabling the IPv6 feature on your Deco: How to Enable and Configure IPv6 on Your Deco
  2. Disable QoS on your Deco.
  3. Remove the parental control profile for your Android phones on the Deco app if there is one.
  4. Please go to the Deco app > More > Internet Connection > IPv4 page to check the Subnet Mask info. Is your ISP Xfinity?

2 QoS is disable.

3 No parental control profile

Yes xfinity.

 

Its Deco be63. Wifi just unusable in this point. I have to remove all my wifi devices. Suddenly sometime internet dont work pages loading. YouTube video dont play just buffer. Playstore app loads but cant download any app or update any app.

But eithernet work fine without any problem. I am using my pc

All these issues start recently. Before it was working fine.

Any help will be appreciated.
