Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.4 Build 20230906 rel.74809(5553)

I have an odd issue when using mobile devices (iPhone 14, iPad Pro) on home wifi.   Speed tests are fast (688|40) but social media, Facebook and Instagram are slow.

Appear to be affecting all devices connected wirelessly.

When switching to the Guest wifi, social media load very fast.  When switching to Cellular, social media loads fast.

Social media is only slow when connecting to AX11000 wifi.   I am at a loss on what cound be causing this.

Did a factory reset on AX11000.  Ensured latest firmware installed.

Does WiFi get additional security applied that does not get appied to the Guest Network?

  @Airjarvis,

Your connection is guarded a bit more when it is on the main network, but it shouldn't be effect should not be seen.

I would first recommend trying to change the DNS server of your network. While this should affect all wireless networks, you may still see an improvement.

Do you see any other slowdowns in performance other than social media? such as when streaming videos?

How many devices/ active connections are on your network?

You may try temporarily set the devices as a High-Priority device in the QoS settings, this should help improve your overall performance.

Lastly, if this behavior is only limited to iOS devices, I would recommend navigating into your phone's network settings and disabling MAC addressing.
