Can you double-check your model? The E4 does not support the 6GHz network.
If you modem is running its own wireless signal, it is likely a Gateway and needs to be placed in Bridge Mode or in IP Passthroguh Mode.
How long has your network been running prior to updating your firmware?
Is there more than one device connected to your Gateway?

@Riley_S it's a XE75 model mesh. Running 1.2.8 .
been working fine for a month plus since firmware update. Just stopped. Since my original email, did a factory reset of router. Still get .02 upload but normal download. This modem config no change. Been running that for over one year

Hi, May I know who is your internet service provider?
Was the original firmware 1.2.7 before updating to 1.2.8?
Can you share some speedtest screenshots with us?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

@Budinct please confirm your router model. As stated above, the Deco E4 does NOT repeat NOT have WiFi 6e, the E4 ONLY has Wifi 5.

@Budinct thanks!
I had this happen once with my BE85's, and while a pain, this method fixed it (but don't know why it fixed it).
1. Unplug modem and all XE75's from power.
2. Wait 60 seconds, and then plug modem back in to power.
3. After modem finishes booting, plug in main XE75 which is connected to the modem.
4. After the main XE75 is back online, plug in the other units.
5. Wait a half hour or so after they all boot so that network load is auto balanced between them all, do another speed test.
Let us know if that helped.
