Model: EC70
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

The app instructions say to tap viewpoint and an x apprears.  This seems to work, but clicking the x just selects the viewpoint, it does not delete it.

  @SteveRod,

After you have selected the viewpoint you want to delete the small X should appear allowing you to delete the view.

Is this the X that you are hitting to delete the view?

If you have a patrol mode configured, you may try disabling this first.

  That is the x I was trying.  It never seemed to work.  Just tried again and got it to work.  Do not know why it did not work before, probably I did something wrong.

  @SteveRod,

Unfortunately, it could have been caused by a lot of factors. It may have just been lost while on the way to the camera while being sent. Unless the viewpoint is deleted on the config side, it will remain visible in the app.

It's also possible that the app was bugged and simply needed a restart.

It could even be the result of connecting to a different mesh node, or from outside of your network.

If you experience it again, try closing out of the app, or rebooting your phone - as this would clear the cache for the app and may help clear the behavior.
