Hello,

I work on a Mac (Sonoma 14.4.1) on my home network that runs off of a Deco x20 mesh network(fully updated). Out of the blue my Microsoft Teams stopped connecting/loading but my internet and all other apps work just fine. I spent a lot of time with my company IT department and they could not get it to work and suspected it was an issue with my ISP somehow blocking it. Today I actually changed my ISP and the problem still persists. If I tether my Mac to my phone while not connected to the wifi network, Microsoft Teams loads and works just fine. I'm wondering if my Deco is somehow blocking Microsoft Teams and I'm just not aware of it? Would really appreciate some help if anyone else has come across the problem.
