I recently bought the TP-Link BE550 from Amazon and have been having trouble upgrading the firmware.

I’ve tried upgrading both via the management website at tplinkwifi.net and the Tether app on my iPhone, but the upgrade fails after I hit the upgrade button. I also attempted a manual upgrade but ran into some issues:

1. There are two hardware versions listed on the download page (V1.0 and V1.6). The sticker on my router shows V1.6, but the management system displays it as V1.0, so I’m unsure which firmware version I should use.

2. I’ve tried uploading both the V1.0 and V1.6 firmware from my MacBook while being wired to the router, but both attempts failed.

Has anyone experienced similar issues or have suggestions on how to resolve this?
