@TEL1423 is your modem a gateway (modem and router combo)? also try power off the modem and router for 5-10 min and then power on the modem, wait 5 min, then power on the router.

@Rodzilla68 A way to test to see if it is the router, bypass the router and connect a PC direct to the modem.
