@TheRealLonghorn Sounds like you checked everything except the antennas and a reset to factory. If they are okay, it does point to a failed router in my option.

@Bocephus101 I would try power cycle the modem, router, and the computer to see it anything changes. Many times that corrects slow speeds.

@MrAA Are you getting these speeds on ethernet or wifi as the things to try are different. If ethernet, try bypassing thr router and connect your computer direct to the modem to see what speeds you...

@Nezmin Do a factory reset and reset up the router. You may have had caps lock on or something.
