HS100 daylight saving not working

Since the clocks changed, my two HS100's have not adjusted their internal clocks. Opening the Kasa app I forced the location sync but if I look at each device under DeviceInfo, the wrong time is shown

smart switch won't connect to wifi

I changed my wifi and reset the switch several times and even turned off and on the power to the switch but it won't connect, Orange alternating with green light won't go on.
