Is there a way to change how the camera displays the time in the videos?? I'd like to see regular time instead of military time.

Talk stuck on connecting? Call feature not doing anything?

When in my camera, if I press "talk" it is stuck on connecting, it never connects. If I go to the "call" function, pressing (even holding) the call button does nothing. How can I fix this? I've update

Area Mask for PTZ Preset

Since the masks applied to motion sensing actions are bascially just x,y coordinates, why can't we define them for each PTZ preset? Use Case: during the day, my PTZ camera monitors an area that people
