Only one camera is saying network is unstable please try again later and won't allow me to view captured videos. Getting notifications stating motion detecting but unable to view them. Camera has late

Which cams support sub-1ghz? What for sub-1ghz band is used in such cams? Which cams send live stream over sub-1ghz band to hub? Can I watch such stream from hub over rtsp?

Change time setting?

Is there a way to change how the camera displays the time in the videos?? I'd like to see regular time instead of military time.

Talk stuck on connecting? Call feature not doing anything?

When in my camera, if I press "talk" it is stuck on connecting, it never connects. If I go to the "call" function, pressing (even holding) the call button does nothing. How can I fix this? I've update
