Model: Tapo C402 KIT
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.24

Recently set this up. It was running firmware version 1.0.13.  Created a camera account for integration with Home Assistant. Everything tested fine.

Upgraded firmware to 1.0.24 and now the integration is broken as the camera account functionality no longer exists in the firmware.

Can this be added? Is there a version of firmware that I can downgrade to to get that capability back? (Instructions for downgrade would help too).

  @Ciffus

Hi,
The Tapo C402 is a battery-powered camera, and our battery-powered cameras do not support the RTSP/Onvif protocols, so the camera account option is not available.

If you want a camera that supports the RTSP/Onvif protocols, we recommend purchasing one that is powered by a power adapter. Typically, you can verify if the camera supports RTSP/Onvif protocols by checking its specifications or datasheet on our official website.

Best Regards

But it WAS available on version 1.0.13.

I would like to downgrade the firmware to regain that functionality.
