@Nerdgasm maybe, I had no idea about the outage. Now its working, but couple of hours of recording remained missing.

For the reported phenomenon, please refer to the instructions below.
[2025/10/20] Announcement: AWS Cloud Service Outage Impacting Tapo & Kasa Cloud Video Storage
As for now, AWS has since restored its services, however, the video clips created during the outage were not saved and cannot be recovered. If there is an SD card inserted into the camera to store video clips locally during the AWS outage, you can find the video clips on the camera's Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page.
