Privacy zones on PTZ cameras
When I set a privacy zone on a PTZ camera, the black box moves when the camera moves, it should stay positioned over the area or object I don't want the camera to see.

Hi,
The privacy zone is defined based on the camera's view, not a specific point in real space. When the camera rotates, the view changes, and the privacy zone moves accordingly.

@Elliott2525 having the same issue except now I can't get rid of the black area to get full screen view thinking it was as expected just in the areas I wanted not yo have recorded but now I got no option to delete I thought clear all woukd do it but it did not and now I got 2 black boxes on my viewing anyone know his yo fix this

Hi,
In the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Privacy Zones page, you can click on the Privacy Zones you set, tap Clear All, click the Save button at the top right corner, then go to the camera's live view page to see if the privacy zones are deleted.
