Why don't notifications indicate faces?

Model: Tapo C460
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I have a c460 with the h500 hub. I connected a new camera but did not turn on tapo care because I have the h500. I had a different camera with all this but had done the tapo care trial with it. Of course that allowed full rich notifications, but when someone was recognized, the notification would include that person's name in it.

With the new camera, the notifications aren't rich and that's okay. But i also don't get the names on the notifications, even though when I go and look at the hub, it shows the faces were recognized.

I didn't see anything that said that the name on the notification was part of a "rich notification". Is that the case, or am I missing something?

Hi,
The person's name on the notification has nothing to do with the "rich notification" feature. In your situation, please ensure the following settings are configured on the camera and hub.
  1. The Person Detection is enabled on the camera, and the notification for person detection type is enabled.
How to configure the Notification feature for the Tapo devices on the Tapo app

  2. Refer to the instructions below to ensure the AI Empowerment is enabled for your camera, the person's face is added to Familiars, and the Familiars Recognition Notifications is enabled.
Local Facial Recognition: Recognizes and tags strangers, family, and friends for easy identification

Best Regards
