My camera has suddenly stop rotating correctly. It now rotates way off to the right view and then to the left it doesn't go the full distance. Not sure if the camera is damaged from use. I haven't had it very long. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated
@MarineMedic I am having the same issue, like the camera is losing steps in the gears. would be nice if someone from TAPO would respond.
@MgPdRasmussen I agree. Still no response to this issue. I was afraid to have gone with a non popular brand for my outdoor camera. May be I. The market for a new camera and they won't get my business ever again. I should've known when I asked the about Apple home compatible like it says on the box. They blamed google home assistant as not being compatible 🙄
