My c236 regularly identifies vehicles as people. I have motion detection turned off, and I have selected people and pets.

What should I do if my Tapo camera triggers false detection?
 

If the same phenomenon persists, it's recommended to email our technical support team with the following information for further assistance.
  1. The camera's firmware and hardware version. You can find them in the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page.
  2. A video showing the reported phenomenon.
