Is the device not connected to the Wi-Fi, or is it not working with your Alexa connection? What is the status of the LED light on the device itself?
If the device is not connected to your Wi-Fi, you will need to perform a soft reset of the device by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds to reset the network settings. This will save the other settings on the device and will allow you to simply reconfigure the wireless settings without erasing the other settings such as the name and schedule.
