@dylanb You generally should not need to do forwarding. Are the three of your phones not able to do any Wi-Fi calling? After forwarding ports for the one phone, does that now work?

@LadefogedT You can try swapping one of the satellite units with the main Deco to see if the main Deco could be giving the slow speeds. I'm assuming the wireless signal is likely just weakening...
