How come when I have clip time set at 120 seconds my cameras only record for 10 seconds?

Cameras not connecting
Tapo c120 (x2) I changed my username & password on my router, trying to reload cameras. They show in network on iPhone in settings, as if they are connected, but my app says they are not.

Doorbell slow or no connectivity when viewed in Tapo AP connected to local LAN
The D225 doorbell is the best unit I have had. But here is a problem I have not solved. When viewing the Tapo App with my iPhone on Cellular connection the D225 video and all functions perform flawles
