Widget ios not working

I tried to configure the widget funktion but it doesn't show up in the widget menu of ios (ios 16). I followed the steps here: https://www.tp-link.com/de/support/faq/3313/
I allready tried to uninstall and reinstall the tapo app.
Any help appreciated.

Hi,
The second screenshot on your last post is not the right page. Please swipe right over the Home screen of your iPhone, and you can see your widgets in the Today View(This video may help: www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGqRv0kSHq0). Scroll to the bottom and tap “Edit”, then refer to the link to display the Tapo widgets.

Hi,
From the pictures, it seems you are stuck on the step to display Tapo widgets on your iPhone.
Please swipe left on your iPhone's home screen to find the existing widgets, then press and hold a blank space on the page, and refer to iOS>>Step 3>>step b in the link to display Tapo widgets on your iPhone.

@Solla-topee Thanks for looking into my problem. The second screenshot on my last post was from that add widget menu you mentioned. also when I use the search field in the add widget menue I find nothing with the name "tapo".
