I have tried to install my new NC450 V2 security cameras and the google store says it does not support updated Android software.

Can anyone help please?

My phone is a Samsung A32 and is running Android 13, which is fully up to date.

I purchased a lot of these a while a go to use at home and at work, so I am keen to get this resolved.

Any one else suffering the same issue?

Whether you are downloading the tpCamera app on the Google Play store but failing? To install the NC450, please ensure you have downloaded and installed the correct tpCamera app, and you can refer to the link below to set it up.
How to set up cloud camera with tpCamera APP?

Please share the picture of the tpCamera app you see on the Google Play store if the error message appears again. And you can use a different phone to download the tpCamera app for a try.
