I have installed a new router and wish to switch my C425 camera to the new WiFi network. They are still connected to the old router but I have switched everything else.
Is it possible to change the network without removing the camera, losing my settings and starting all over?

You can set the new router's Wi-Fi name, password, and security type the same as the old router. Then, turn off the old router, reboot the camera, and check if it will connect to the new router's Wi-Fi.
If you don't want to change the new router's Wi-Fi settings, please factory reset the camera and reconfigure it to connect to the new Wi-Fi network.
