Cloud stored videos are skipping 2-4 seconds
When I watch videos stored on cloud after recording, video freezes then jumps 2-4 seconds and then continued. Currently I am in trial version of Tapo care but I don't think it's worth it if it records like this. I am attaching a sample video and it persists even after downloading. Direct uploading is not working so I am attaching the Gdrive link.

@Solla-topee yes that's right. I noticed something else, not sure if its related or not. If I store the clips on my H200, the event clips do not show the full event. They start too late when half of the event has already happened. While they should actually start a few seconds before the actual trigger.

 On your camera's Device Settings > Network Connection page, please check if your camera is connected to your router's Wi-Fi or the hub.
 Then, follow the instructions in the thread below to troubleshoot and check if the camera works fine.
